Drug bust suspect expected back in court

A man charged in relation to the search of a home in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court Wednesday.

RCMP say they searched a Waycobah home and found cocaine, marijuana and other drug paraphernalia in January.

They say they arrested a man from Waycobah without incident; he was released from custody.

Alexander Paul, 32, who faces a count of possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, is expected for election-and-plea in Wagmatcook Provincial Court after the hearing was adjourned in April, May, June, July and August.

Paul’s case opened in court in February.
