National Fire Prevention Week has come to a close.
Officials with the Town of Antigonish raised the firefighters’ flag in front of Town Hall Monday.
Laurie Boucher, the town’s mayor, read the official National Fire Prevention Week proclamation during the flag-raising ceremony.
The week started Oct. 6; it ended Saturday.
