We have multiple reports of a boat sinking in Guysborough Co.
There’s word “The Fishermen’s Provider 2” sank off Canso Tuesday night.
We’ve been told at least three crew members from the boat were rescued; we’ve also heard several reports the skipper of the boat has refused to leave the vessel, and remains on the grounded boat.
RCMP and paramedics responded to Whitman Wharf sometime after 8 p.m.
We’ll provide more information as it becomes available.
