Eight students have been charged following an altercation between a man and several teens in Glace Bay.
The victim, 42, suffered minor injuries in the early afternoon altercation near Glace Bay High Oct. 20.
It was captured on video, and shared widely on social media.
Cape Breton Regional Police say seven boys and one girl, who face assault counts, are scheduled to appear in Sydney Provincial Court Nov. 18.
