The Halifax Mooseheads host the Cape Breton Eagles in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
It’s the second half of a home-and-home series between the teams; Halifax won Wednesday’s opener 4-1 in Sydney to go up 8-6 in the season series between the provincial rivals.
The Mooseheads (12-15-7), who snapped a two-game losing streak with Wednesday’s win, are fourth in the six-team Maritimes Division in terms of points percentage, behind Saint John for third, and ahead of fifth-place Moncton; the Eagles (12-21-1), losers of back-to-back games and five of their last six, are last.
Puck drop in Halifax in 7 p.m.
