Police say 14-year-old Mary Molly Martin is still missing.
RCMP say Martin is believed to be travelling around Cape Breton with a man who is known to her.
Martin and the man were identified on video surveillance at a service station in Cape Breton Regional Municipality late last week.
Police say the most recent sightings are in the Quad Counties.
RCMP are following up on multiple reports saying the two have been sighted on an ATV in the Forchu area.
They say Martin is described as Indigenous, 5-foot-7 and 100 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
She has a rose tattoo on her left forearm and might be wearing eyeglasses.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts are asked to contact Eskasoni RCMP.
