Pump prices take big jump

The price of gas has shot up.

Pump prices climbed six cents a litre at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.31.2 and a maximum of $1.34.3.

We’ve gone 18 weeks in a row with no decreases in prices; the last drop came Nov. 6.

Diesel rose three cents a litre; the new range is between $1.20.2 cents on the low end and $1.23.3 on the high end.
