Pump prices up for 12th straight week

The price of gas has increased for the 12th week in a row.

Pump prices climbed as much as four cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.34.8 on the low end, and $1.37.8 on the high end.

Prices have increased in 16 of the last 17 weeks.

Diesel is also higher, climbing 1.6 cents a litre at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.26.2 and a maximum of $1.29.2.
