Schools are cancelled across the Quad Counties Friday.
All schools and buildings in Strait Regional Centre for Education are closed, and support staff are not required to come to work.
The We’koqma’q Mikmaw School, Mi’kmawey School, Allan Lafford High School, Ecole acadienne de Pomquet, and Ecole Beau-Port are also cancelled.
Classes at NSCC Strait Area Campus and Wagmatcook Learning Centre are cancelled as well.
