More weekend and evening closures have been announced for the long weekend.
Arichat’s Saint Anne Centre Emergency Room will close at 7 p.m. Thursday and will re-open Friday at 7 a.m.
The Strait Richmond Hospital ER in Evanston will be closed Saturday at 7 a.m. and will remain closed until Monday at 8 a.m.
Guysborough Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Room will be closed overnight from Saturday at 4 p.m. until Sunday at 8 a.m.
The Victoria County Memorial Hospital ER in Baddeck will be closed overnight for the long weekend.
The closures start Friday afternoon and last until Tuesday morning.
They run from 4 p.m. until 8 a.m., except Saturday when the ER closes an hour later at 5 p.m.
The closures are due to staff unavailability.
