The two StFX hockey teams have added some new recruits for the 2020-21 season.
The X-Men have announced defenseman Patty Kyte will join the team for the upcoming AUS season.
Kyte, the team’s first recruit for 2020-21, played three seasons with the Halifax Mooseheads in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League; he was traded to Chicoutimi in December.
Meanwhile, forward Abby Lewis has signed with the X-Women.
Lewis plays with the Napean Wildcats of Ontario’s Provincial Women’s Hockey League.
Forwards Kristen Marshall and Chloe Oleksiuk have already committed to the X-Women program for 2020-21.
