RCMP say one person is dead following an ATV crash in Antigonish Co.
They say a man, 32, lost control of the vehicle while entering the Beech Hill Rd. roundabout at roughly 12:45 p.m. Friday.
Police say he was ejected; he was not wearing a helmet.
They say witnesses performed CPR until paramedics arrived and took the victim, who was from Saltsprings, to hospital; he was pronounced dead shortly after 2 p.m.
The man’s name has not been released.
The area was closed to traffic for several hours while a collision analyst investigated.
