Pump prices up for seventh straight week

The price of gas has increased for the seventh week in a row.

Pump prices climbed 2.4 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.22.3 on the low end, and $1.25.3 on the high end.

Prices have increased in 11 of the last 12 weeks.

Diesel went the other way, dropping 1.6 cents at midnight; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.22.4 and a maximum of $1.25.4.
