An emergency department in the Quad Counties will be closing for a 24-hour period this week.
Health officials with St. Anne Centre in Arichat say their ER is closing at 7 a.m. Wednesday; it will reopen at 7 a.m. Thursday.
They say lack of physician coverage is the reason behind the closure.
